I recently got my bbl redone by the same doctor because my fat didn't stick. He did it for an extra $2,700. It looks like one side of my hip is bigger than the other. Is that normal?

Try to be patient. Things can look really "funny" and unnatural early post op. Things will call down a lot and ~50% of the fat injected will be lost over 3-6 months. It is not really safe or the best idea to go back into surgery ~1 week after the first surgery. Your body needs time to heal.

The best thing to do is give your body time to heal. You need to wait 6 months to 1 year after the first surgery to allow tissue to soften down and the final result to come through. At that point the decision can be made if you have enough fat to inject or if sculptra is the best option.
