Can the lateral canthoplasty in small medium eyes make exotic eyes?

Lateral canthoplasty can give make the eyes more almond shape but it may or may not be enough as stand alone procedure. It all depends on the current anatomy of the eyes, eyelids, cheeks, etc. See link below.

Thank you for sharing your question with us  The canthoplasty will improve the shape of your eyelids if your lower eyelid is lax, and you have a scleral show. If you are young and your eyelid is in good position, canthoplasty will not make your eye opening bigger as it is limited by the bone surrounding your eyeball.
