Is it safe to have non-invasive laser lipo 8 weeks after breast augmentation?

Yes, you may have liposuction at this time, but I would suggest waiting until you are 3 months from your first surgery to give your body more time to heal.  The laser can be safely done in someone who has implants.

There is no problem with the timeline you asked about. Breast augmentation and laser liposuction are commonly performed together so waiting 8 weeks is definitely not an issue. Any time an implant is in place, the plastic surgeon must be meticulous about sculpting near the implant. I say this because I commonly sculpt the upper abdomen which is adjacent to the implant.  I also like to reshape the front bra roll and this also is near the implant.
