Sorry. To clarify I was taking magnesium supplements. Not magnesium citrate. Is this harmful? I take the daily dosage which is 400 mg, but I can limit it to only 200 mg instead. I haven't read anywhere online that taking magnesium before surgery is bad and it's not on the list of medications I should avoid (except magnesium salicylate) which is not at all what I'm taking. My surgery is Thursday. My anesthesiologist is calling me tomorrow and I will let him know. Still should I discontinue this?

This should have no impact on your surgery. I have performed breast augmentation in patients with braces and its never been an issue.Best Regards,Dr Gartner
Yes, it is extremely common for each breast to heal/drop at a different rate. However, the pain in the left breast should continue to improve with time. If it does not, schedule an appointment to see your surgeon. Best, Dr. Nazarian
Yes, it is unusual but it can happen. Regardless, the fact that you are experiencing sudden pain after 3 years means that something is going on which must be assessed in person. Schedule an appointment to see your surgeon as soon as possible. Best, Dr. Nazarian
