Magnesium citrate safe before surgery?

Is magnesium citrate safe before breast augmentation? I have not taken it at all except for today. Is this safe? Should I let my doctor know that I took this? Please let me know. My breast augmentation surgery is on Thursday

Without seeing you in person, it is impossible to comment on your surgeon's assessment. However, I would think that a breast augmentation could help with your asymmetry although keep in mind that no two breasts are ever perfectly the same. Perhaps seek a second opinion from another board...

Hello,Immediately post op, you can expect swelling to increase the tightness and pressure of your surgical bra somewhat. I recommend that you share your concerns with your Plastic Surgeon so that they can advise you of any alternative options and ensure that your pain is managed well. All the best
