4 weeks post J-Plasma on my arms my left arm became increasingly swollen at 2 weeks. What could this be? (photos)

especially around the elbow- to the point that it looks like an older, heavier person’s elbow. The arm feels sore and you can tell the difference between the other arm that is healing normally. I completed several massages and cavitation treatments and it is still swollen. My doctor thinks it’s just swelling but gave me antibiotics just in case and still no improvement. What could this be? I am patient but am now concerned!
