It appears to be some time of infection: fungal or bacterial. Visit with your plastic surgeon for a medication to treat it.

I would suggest showing it to your doctor first, and then if need, go see a dermatologist, especially if you have not been diagnosed with eczema.
I think you need in person dermatology appointments to evaluate this skin issue. Most likely a local therapy to the area will resolve this issue. Make a few calls.
Thank you for your question. Please see your plastic surgeon an request a dermatology consult to be certain of the diagnosis. If you have eczema elsewhere it may be eczema. However there are diseases of the breast that can present with this type of rash and they should be ruled out.
In Canada the largest implants we can get are 800cc saline implants. They can be overfilled somewhat, but how much is a discussion you'd have to have in person during a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope that helps!
Hello,Your assessment and therefore your regret should be postponed 3 to 4 months, to allow your body to heal and the implants to assume their 'final' position. If they are still too small, 30 cc (7% increase in volume) would be imperceptible and not make a difference. Best of luck!
