In Canada the largest implants we can get are 800cc saline implants. They can be overfilled somewhat, but how much is a discussion you'd have to have in person during a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope that helps!

I know in the US the largest are 800cc's.  It is not a good idea for most patients to have such large implants as early complications due to the weight can arise with heavier implants.

The largest  available silicone breast implants in the US are 800ccs.  The largest saline implants in the US can be filled to 960 cc.  That being said, I would be careful with not putting in too large an implant for your frame.  This can thin your tissues and skin and set you up for complications down the road.  Make sure you consult with a reputable, board-certified plastic surgeon.
