I had a BBL 4 years ago. Could I reverse it? Will it look OK?

It is possible, to a certain degree, to shape, decrease volume after BBL with selective liposuction. However, only on the basis of  in person evaluation surgeon can tell you how much reversal is possible without more extensive surgery which may require skin and fat removal. Good luck.

After 4 years, you would be a great candidate for a BBL revision. The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique.
