I am 27. Will losing weight get rid of these folds (nasolabial and curved mouth corners)? (Photo)

You are encouraged to loose weight and it may infect make the lines worse due to loose skin.  Derma fillers are great tools to help lift and soften appearance of early facial lines as in you case, you just need an expert physician who will place them correctly to give a very natural appearance. If you are totally against fillers for now, you can consider Botox for the corners of your mouth to lift them. Ultherapy to tighten the skin and even NovaThreads /PDO threat to lift the shadows.  There are many options.  Hope you find the one that fits you well. Best of luck, Dr.Avaliani

Great question and thank you for sending the pictures. First of all the face has to looked at in person to see in both static and dynamic state. For weight loss sometimes its very variable- some people don't loose much on the face compared to rest of the body and for some its totally opposite. Until you do it you won't know. Other option to avoid fillers is to consider stimulation the collagen a bit to get non surgical face lift and tightening effect. Ultherapy is a great way to address that area. Get a consultation with someone that can provide all these services so you can discuss and make an educated decision. 

Based on the photo, weight loss alone will probably not rid you of these folds. Consult in person with an experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeon to understand your options.

There are 2 issues as my guess to your NL folds and commissure creases. The direct area and the aging process causing inferior descent. I think a combination of directed subnormal injections to these areas and combined with upper Y Lift sub muscular/cheek area filler injections would offer best solution. But only in person opinion counts. I would offer 2/3 syringes of Vollure for direct injection of those areas and 2 to 3 syringes Voluma to upper Y lift malar area. Fee in $4,000 rage for up to 6 syringes.  

Folds and oral commissure lines form due to multiple factors. Volume loss is one of the main factors involved. Weight loss would cause more volume loss and can likely make lines and folds more noticible

formal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles. However, I hope the information provided here is useful.The nasolabial folds and marionette lines are common concerns. One of the main reasons for the formation of these signs of aging is secondary to volume loss in the mid-face. I often find that restoring volume in the upper cheek with products such as Voluma will be able to pull up on the lower face and improve the appearance of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. If additional enhancement is desired Vollure can be placed directly in the nasolabial folds and marionette lines. I find that the combination of these two products provides outstanding, smooth, natural, and long-lasting results.Additionally, Botox can be placed in the DAO muscle in the lower face. This muscle serves to pull down on the corners of the mouth. When relaxed with Botox the corners of the mouth will go up slightly, approximately 1 mm.
