If my HCG levels is a 74, can I still get a BBL?

I am not pregnant. I had an abortion using the abortion pill a month ago. My period came on and off now! Will this stop me from getting my BBL? Help, my BBL is in 19 days but I have to turn in my labs on the January 9!?

No I have not, however, that is not necessarily a contraindication. You need to have a full medical examination to determine your eligibility for plastic surgery.

It is possible, to a certain degree, to shape, decrease volume after BBL with selective liposuction. However, only on the basis of  in person evaluation surgeon can tell you how much reversal is possible without more extensive surgery which may require skin and fat removal. Good luck.

Symptoms of fat necrosis vary. Anything from decrease of volume, seromas, to an infection... usually fat necrosis can be diagnosed with a clinical exam or with a test of ultrasound or MRI scan.

The PS who indicated that you need medical clearance from a cardiologist prior to your BBL will have a list of cardiologists to whom his/her office refers.  Ask the patient coordinator to provide the point of contact information for you to determine the costs as they vary by cardiologist.

Thank you for your question. Areas usually included for liposuction for a BBL are: abdomen, sides, waist (flanks), back and armpits. You could add liposuction on arms and thighs, however it's not recommended to add too many procedures or liposuction areas in a single surgery.
