I'm 2 month post op from a breast augmentation (gummy bear, behind the muscle). My doctor went with 425cc which was larger than the range we discussed. He said the pocket behind my muscle fit this size better. I'm aware swelling takes a while to subside, but I'm 2 months into recovery and I'm still concerned they are too big.

There is no fixed time where you will know the final size of your breasts after breast augmentation but usually we can say that inflammation may start to cease after one month and a half to three months post surgery, but remember every body is different so inflammation periods can vary from patient to patient.

I would wait another 4 months to see the final result in long-term breast implants always look smaller than they do in the first few months. Of course express your concern to your surgeon..
