2 months post op lipo, after 1 month developed a seroma that has been absorbed, but area has hardened. Is this fibrosis?

Im 2 months post op from liposuction and 1 month in I developed a seroma underneath my arm...spoke with my dr she said it was small and would be absorbed by the body use compression etc...it was absorbed a week later however now the same area has become hardened...if this is fibrosis after lipo how do i effectively remove it??

Thanks for the question, typically seromas are speedbumps but not detours to your result. I like a combination of external radio frequency to help break down the scar tissue and lymphatic massage to promote drainage

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with your Doctor. I also recommend getting an ultrasound of the area.  Massage, radiofrequency and hyperbaric oxygen could help. Best, Dr. Emer.

Yes, the typical fibrosis history is presented here. Seek aggressive lymphatic masses and external ultrasound therapies. Only in person examination by a true liposuction expert, not a clinic 'hired gun' is needed.
