It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Hello and thank you for posting photos along with your question. It is so soon after your surgery and patience is key. When harvesting fat for facial fat injection it is usually such minimal fat that the harvest site is rarely affected in a way that one can tell something was even done. Express your concerns to your plastic surgeon and follow their post operative instructions to have the best and smoothest recovery.

It is not unusual to have some lumpyness this early in the healing phase. It will take several months to see your final results. If you continue to have concerns , I suggest you see your surgeon. Dr Crabtree
