Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

This is a question for the plastic surgeon who performs your BBL and TT as plastic surgeon preferences for types of compression garments and length of wear vary. My office recommends that our patients wear an adjustable abdominal compression garment for six weeks. This compression garment does not cover the buttocks or the hips.

These are questions that you need to discuss with your surgeon as opinions may vary. Your surgeon can assist you with selecting the correct garment and fit needed during your recovery. Compression is helpful in controlling swelling and supporting healing tissues. Good luck with surgery!
