I am currently a 34B and my goal is to achieve a full C? Is this possible with 325 or should I go with 350cc I am very short, 4'10 weighing 124 pounds. I don't want to look exaggerated due to my shortness! Thank you for your time!

Answer: Breast volume, some advices: Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. Without a personal evaluation or a photo is very difficult to tell you the volume that your implants should have. I recommend you to send your photos to give you better information of your interest.Respectfully, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol.-

Answer: Breast Augmentation Sizing - Shape and technique are equally important considerations. Think Subfascial In general a 350cc implant would be too big to create a balanced or natural appearance on a woman of your size. Most surgeons would use a moderate to high profile implant in the sub pectoral plane to achieve this. This usually leads to a widely separated and shelf like appearance of the breasts, particularly in short women. This is one of the reasons that I use a technique called the "Cold-Subfascial Breast Augmentation" that creates a full and natural appearing cleavage. I also prefer to use low profile or anatomically shaped implants to achieve these goals. Make sure to at least discuss your options with a surgeon experienced in the subfascial plane and with anatomically shaped implants. I hope this helps! All the best,Rian A. Maercks M.D.
