I've had my breast done going on 6 years... incision under the nipple, 400cc implants. Was a 32d now a 32dd...No problems except a double bubble...Since I've gotten my breast implants, I always notice very weird sensations. Sometimes it feels like I have a tiny drop of hot or cold water dripping on my breast or armpit...it's slightly electrical/warm/burn-y and lasting one or two seconds...Its VERY random when I get them but I notice them more when it's that time of the month...what gives?

In general, the risks associated with breast augmentation apply to any size implant. However, really large implants can cause more complications in terms of stretching the skin, sagging and possibly capsular contracture. Best, Dr. Nazarian
