What cream or lotion to use for massages after BBL with burns/peeling skin?

I am 3 weeks post op bbl. I have only gotten 5 massages since my procedure. After I realized I have a open burn or something of the sort on my back, since then I've been afraid of getting an infection if I apply any kind of cream over my open wound. I have only been applying Neosporin to it. But my back is hard and I want to continue with massages. What can I use? Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question.I always recommend to my patients can return to an "office job" that does not involve sweat or load weight to 02 weeks p.o. If it is a job that involves activity or heavy lifting, i recommend returning to work a month after p.o. to prevent surgery damage....
