I just got a bbl on 5/5/17 I was only 123lbs and 5'1 so not much fat removed and very happy with my results. I feel 100% back to normal besides the fact I can't sit and also have to wear a garment. I'm wondering if I can do push-ups to tone my arms a bit since I've always been self conscious of them (didn't get them lipo'd)? Also what about planks? Can I do Power walking? I know I can ask my surgeon too who I will ask but want various opinions from experienced professionals.
