Why was my BBL not permanent?

Always, in all cases, about a 20 to 25 % of the fat transfered is reabsorb by the organism, that is why the Plastic Surgeon always over correct  expecting that quantity of loss. If you gain weigth during those 11 month is possible that the reference in the body contour might change and your buttocks may look less big than before.But you should consult your plastic surgeon.

Hello dear!Thanks for the question and sorry to know you are not having the results you expected.Certainly a part of the fat tranfer to the buttock it's absrobed, but it'll depend on how much fat they put, and how your body assimilated. Based on your worries it seems like you didn't havet a good amount of fat trnsfered.I recommend you to keep in touch with your plastic surgeon and let him/her know about your concerns.Good luck :)

Hello and thank you for your excellent question. There are a number of reasons why your BBL is shrinking. One possibility is fat graft loss. Another is that your weight is changing. If you are concerned, I suggest you seek consultation for either a repeat BBL, or possible implant placement. Of course, you will need an in-person consultation to evaluate you for this procedure. Preoperative visualization and surgical simulation with the Crisalix system may help with your decision. Any treatment plan should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.    Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation in person with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
