Feeling fat after a BBL, what can I do? (Photos)

Hi. I am 10 days post op from a bbl with 1500cc put in each cheek. I had lipo of the abdomen flanks upper and lower back as well. I feel fatter now in leggings then I did before. I look very wide compared to before surgery. How can I make this go away?

Thank you for your question.I always recommend to my patients can return to an "office job" that does not involve sweat or load weight to 02 weeks p.o. If it is a job that involves activity or heavy lifting, i recommend returning to work a month after p.o. to prevent surgery damage....
