I had a chalazion on my upper eyelid and about 8 weeks ago I went to the ophthalmologist. He use a cortisone injection to remove my chalazion. I've had a little bump ever since. Will this go away with time or should I do some kind of plastic surgery to remove this bump?? Please help me. I am a bit worried

There are things that can be done to improve it. I think fractional laser resurfacing would be helpful. Make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist. Tanning is not good when lasering, so you will need to avoid sun exposure and tanning booths.
I typically remove eyelids sutures much earlier but different surgeons do things differently , depending on what is needed for each patient at the time of surgery. And in most cases, we all get good results, even using different rtechniques and practices.
