Fat like outer corner of eye (Photo)

was born with it, also cataracts but the thing i am trying to explaim is on outter corner of eyelid the pink fat growth, i am 22 years old i had the visible part removed. i was told there is more behind my eyeball will post pictures, so do i need another surgery? is there anything else i can do? sometimes it itches, and migraine behind eye, and also what can u tell me about this condition
