Question

was born with it, also cataracts but the thing i am trying to explaim is on outter corner of eyelid the pink fat growth, i am 22 years old i had the visible part removed. i was told there is more behind my eyeball will post pictures, so do i need another surgery? is there anything else i can do? sometimes it itches, and migraine behind eye, and also what can u tell me about this condition

This could be fat prolapse or lipodermoid. See an ophthalmologist or oculoplastic specialist for evaluation and possible surgical removal of it.

It is hard to tell from the pictures, but it appears to be fat from your eye socket coming forward under the skin of the eye (conjunctiva). This is fairly common and can normally be treated with a small incision and removal of the fat. Sometimes more fat comes forward after the initial removal and a second treatment is needed. See a local oculoplastic surgeon in your area for a consultation.
