Fat like outer corner of eye (Photo)

was born with it, also cataracts but the thing i am trying to explaim is on outter corner of eyelid the pink fat growth, i am 22 years old i had the visible part removed. i was told there is more behind my eyeball will post pictures, so do i need another surgery? is there anything else i can do? sometimes it itches, and migraine behind eye, and also what can u tell me about this condition

Please see link below for more details on possibly obtaining more almond shape eyes. You do have inherited lower eyelid retraction with sclera show. The exact treatment depends on many factors including eyeball position, lower eyelid position, lower eyelid laxity, etc.

My best advise would be for you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to be assessed in person and discuss options such as a bit of Botox to slightly relax the muscle. You do not want to use Sculptra under your eye. My best, Dr. Sheila ...
