Can I have a breast lift/reduction and back lipo at the same time?

Hello , I would like to know how will be to have a breast lift and back lipo all in once ? it is possible ? because how are you suppose to laid back or sleep ? and if Im doing this , when can I start feeling better and work ? is it better to do one at the time . Thank you

You could do liposuction of the back at the same time as your breast lift, or reduction, however I dont recommend it you are wanting the best results with the least risks of complications.

Yes you can certainly have some liposuction with a breast lift or any other breast procedure.  I commonly combine these as well as with tummy tucks and BBL. Discuss all your wants with your plastic surgeon so you can get hopefully all you want done with one anesthesia.

Yes, these procedures can be combined.  You will have discomfort of your chest wall and breasts but not to the level that would preclude undergoing both procedures at once.

Thanks for the question. It is possible to do both at the same setting. You can start in prone position and be turned to the supine after the liposuction is done to do the breast lift with or with out implants.you can return to work probably after 5 to 7 days if your job is a desk job and at least 14 days before returning to a more physically demanding Job.Good luck

Thank you for the insightful question. Generally speaking, these types of combination surgical procedures are done routinely. In many practices, there may be cost advantages of combining procedures. However, you are wise in being concerned about the safety and quality of outcome of combination surgery; risks/possible complications do increase with increased length of surgery…
