How can breast implants look natural and feel soft and bouncy?

Hi. Great question. The size and profile of the implant to be used is determined by the operating surgeon with input from the patient. My best advice is to look at many before and after photos of the surgeon you are considering. It's easy to get a great result on occasion but can that surgeon have consistent results. Make sure you look at many, many photos. Interview the surgeon. Do you trust his or her judgement?
I am certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and have practiced in the"land of breast implants", Miami, for the past 30 years. I encourage you to look up the surgeon you eventually select and make sure they have years of experience in performing cosmetic breast surgery. Furthermore request to see before and after photos of previous patients by that doctor....not a clinic or surgery center. Do your homework......research and verify the doctor's credentials. Have they had problems with the Board of Medicine, disciplinary or otherwise. Any law suits? LOOK UP REVIEWS!How about the center, clinic or facility? Are they accredited by a national organization or do they just have State approval. Understand that at the current time, there are three nationally recognized organizations responsible for the highest levels of patient safety, AAAASF, AAACH and JCHO. You owe it to yourself to position yourself for the best possible results but under the most stringent safety regulations, If you have kids, even more so.How about anesthesia? Will you have a medical doctor certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology or a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA)? Understand that there is no substitute for research. It's a great question. Getting a natural look depends on close communication with your surgeon. Your surgeon should take the time to learn about your specific goals for size and shape of your breasts. They will then help you choose the specific implant to help you reach your goals.

The key to achieving soft, natural, and (yes) even bouncy breasts with implants relates to the interaction between your own breast tissue and the implant.  That is, you should choose an implant that is not too large for your existing breast dimensions or overall skin covering.  Select an implant that is no wider than your existing breast diameter, otherwise the outline of the implant border will be visible.  Also, if the implant is much larger that your own breast skin can accommodate, then your breast may be articifially tight and not move freely.  You need to have a consultation with your plastic surgeon to discuss just what you hope to achieve, and let the surgeon suggest what would be best for you.

Hi. To choose an implant depends on many factors : ribcage space, tissue quality and laxity, chest diameter, heigth, and of course your preferences. The most natural look will be achieved by placing Silicone Cohesive Gel implants under your pectoral muscles. This will not only  improve a more natural  appearance but will also avoid displacement.
