Is this level of animation deformity normal? (Photos)

I got a subglandular BA 14mo ago and loved it (255cc mod plus silicone). I got CC and 4mo ago we revised, moved the implant to submuscular pocket and used strattice (250cc low plus silicone). I did not want to go submuscular because I'm v athletic and I don't like how it looks as much, but I didn't want more CC. I know SOME implant movement is to be expected, but this seems like a lot. It's HIGHLY noticeable/visible. I can't wear anything other than t-shirts when I work out now. Is this normal?
