Cough and phlegm in the chest and throat in the first week Of my tummy tuck and now I don't know what to do the nurse told me Clean the wound with alcohol and wear a inside of the faja a light t-shirt and don't use Gazas o 14/12/13 I have appointment until 30 and I have to do somenthing please

A cough may be related to a medical condition.A cough may be related to smoking or 2nd hand smoke.A cough with sputum may be related to an upper or lower respiratory infection. If you have a fever and a productive cough, you should see a doctor asap as you may have a pneumonia.A cough may be related to atelectasis (non moving lung tissue) after surgery.A cough may be related to a post nasal drip.Bottom line: Consult with a doctor or your plastic surgeon ESPECIALLY if your signs and symptoms persist or get worse.Best wishes
