I would recommend losing the weight before and not after your Brazilian Butt Lift.  Otherwise you may be disappointed in the final result of the BBL.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question.  I would recommend having the BBL first.  This will allow your surgeon to use all the fat from the abdomen for the BBL.  Also, by doing lipo on the abdomen first, you will get a better TT result because a little more skin will be able to be removed and the abdomen will be flatter.

It is important to loose all the weight you can or want and be stable for about 6 months...not loosing or gaining much more weight during that period. Then you can do the extended tummy tuck including liposuction and the BBL and you will obtain excellent results.

Hi.. thank you for the question and photos... I suggest you two options... If your Blood test levels are ok... it is better to do both procedures combined in order to have better resultsIf not. I suggest you Tummy Tuck first and then Liposuction with BBL.

You should have it done together, the Tummy Tuck with Liposculture Plus Fat Transfer to Buttocks or BBL, always if your hemoglobin levels are minimum at 12 or more grams, and if your don't  have any medical condition that contraindicate the procedure.Anyway, if choosing which goes first I recommend you to undergo the Tummy Tuck, because Lipo and BBL will be a complement to harmonized your new body contour.If you are planing to lose more weight, you should wait till you reach your goal to get better results. Greetings. Every surgeon may have a different opinion on the sequence, but I would recommend the liposuction with BBL first and the tummy tuck second at later date.
