BBL or Tummy Tuck first? I will be having a MM w/ an extended tmy tuck, but first a bbl. I have diastis recti. (photo)

I would recommend losing the weight before and not after your Brazilian Butt Lift.  Otherwise you may be disappointed in the final result of the BBL.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question.  I would recommend having the BBL first.  This will allow your surgeon to use all the fat from the abdomen for the BBL.  Also, by doing lipo on the abdomen first, you will get a better TT result because a little more skin will be able to be removed and the abdomen will be flatter.
