I plan on losing about 20 more pounds. I have an extremely saggy belly, I know my belly and flanks will sag more after the bbl. In all honesty, would a bbl actually help me? My butt will be flatter after weight loss. Will having the bbl first also help with a better t tuck outcome? Or should I have a tummy tuck first? I'm afraid of more loose skin if ttuck first, then bbl. Can all that fat on my abdomen and flanks be used?
Answer: BBL or Tummy Tuck first? I will be having a MM w/ an extended tmy tuck, but first a bbl. I have diastis recti. Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Weight Loss and BBL I would recommend losing the weight before and not after your Brazilian Butt Lift. Otherwise you may be disappointed in the final result of the BBL. Good luck!

Answer: Multiple procedures, some advices: Thank you very much for sharing your concerns with us. Congratulations on tout weight loss. Trying to lose weight before a surgical procedure its a very delicate matter, since in many cases a restrictive diet can cause problems, such as anemia, electrolyte disturbances, decreased protein, etc ... retarding the healing process and damaging the surgery.i recommend you a Full Tummy Tuck with muscle repair, to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).For safety reasons, to be a good candidate for TT+Lipo+ BBL at the same time, your labs and cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal. Therefore, you must be a healthy person, within an appropriate BMI and no history of diseases that increase the surgical / anesthetic risk degree. Finally, I recommend you a skilled certified plastic surgeon in body contouring surgery and experienced in cases like yours where the planned operating time is less than five hours.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: BBL or Tummy Tuck first? Thank you for your question. I would recommend having the BBL first. This will allow your surgeon to use all the fat from the abdomen for the BBL. Also, by doing lipo on the abdomen first, you will get a better TT result because a little more skin will be able to be removed and the abdomen will be flatter.

Answer: Loosing weight and tummy tuck and bbl It is important to loose all the weight you can or want and be stable for about 6 months...not loosing or gaining much more weight during that period. Then you can do the extended tummy tuck including liposuction and the BBL and you will obtain excellent results.
