Sleeping
positions are tricky after that combined procedure. If you're comfortable
sleeping on your tummy you can put a pillow under your hips. This keeps you in
a slightly flexed position and takes all pressure off of your buttocks.
Otherwise alternating side to side and slightly fetal position for the first
week works. The priority is to protect the buttock fat transfer. The moment you
are comfortable standing up straight you can sleep in all positions off of your
back for the first 10 days to 2 weeks.
