I recommend my patients to wait at least 10 days before flying back home, and you should not sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

It sounds as if you have done your homework and are making good
preparations for your surgery. Most surgeons recommend to avoid extended
sitting or putting pressure on the buttocks for two to three weeks following
the procedure. Ask your surgeon to recommend a special cushion that you can
travel with on your way home. During the flight, I suggest getting up every ten
to fifteen minutes to walk around (if possible). This will help your
circulation, which is an important part of recovery as well as a protective

It is always best to ask your surgeon his preferred protocol.  At 4 weeks most people are fine to fly. Often staying well hydrated and moving around a lot is a good idea.
