A clear string came out of my nose when I picked it 1 week post op what happened and what is it also I am 1 week post op from rhinoplasty and I feel a bump on the top top right of my nose what is it ? Did the bone get crooked again ?

I do not believe that traveling to high altitude will change your rhinoplasty results especially at 4 months after surgery.  Your activity level may result in some swelling (edema) in the tissue which will still be slower to go away (even at 4 months), but should not change your final results, ...

Your nose is not curved very much, but it does have a bump and bulbous tip.  Feminization with rhinoplasty can definitely help.  Skin thickness does affect the end result.  Good luck and I hope this helps!
