Hello, I went to see my ps and he told me I needed a lift but in reality I like my droopy breast they're just right not to low and not to high so he suggested to put a 630cc saline hp implant to get the look that I wanted. I want to know if any other doctors think the same, what size implant should I get ?
Answer: It's Not Just About Size The decision to do an augmentation by itself versus an augmentation with a lift (augmentation mastopexy) is less based on patient preference and more dictated by the nipple position and the ratio between the post-augmented breast volume and the amount of excess skin you have. The less breast tissue you have, the smaller the implant, the closer the nipples to the breast fold, and the more excess skin you have, the greater the chance you will need a lift and the greater chance you will need a vertical scar to achieve a natural aesthetic outcome.Patients like yourself, with both a lack of volume and sagging breasts, that have a breast augmentation with no lift either end up with a rock-in-a-sock deformity as the implant settles into the breast, stretching the tissue, and emptying out the upper pole, or a Snoopy deformity as your nipple will remain hanging below your implant. See the link below for more info.A detailed examination will help delineate the best surgical treatment. Consultation with a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery would be the next best step.

Answer: No lift/Implants Hello,If you do not mind a slightly heavy-looking result, with full, large breasts which are not high and perky- then you may do well with the implant size that your surgeon is recommending and no lift. That determination must be made in person after your Plastic Surgeon has measured you carefully and discussed your expectations/limitations of the procedure with you.All the best

Answer: BA sizes Hello dear, thanks for your post and provided information as well. The thing about size is...Did You Know? Implant size (measured by cubic centimeters, or “cc”) only matters as far as it will help you get the look you want. In these photos, can you guess who has the larger sized implants? What limits how big you should go?1. Your current breast size. This matters because you’ve got to have enough existing breast tissue to cover the implant. If you haven’t got a lot to spare, some implants may just be too big to fit.2. Your chest and shoulder width. Fortunately, implants come in different base widths so you can get a size that works well with your frame.I recommend to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon for a person evaluation and to talk about your goals. Good luck :)

Answer: Implants You should consult with your doctor. Depending on how big an implant is depends on how much of a lift you will need as well! Your doctor should be able to answer these questions for you.
