What exactly is a 360 lipo?

I have always carried weight in my upper body. I want a bbl but have heard it usually includes lipo of abdomen + flanks. I am looking to lipo that + entire back + buffalo hump in my neck + chin + arms. Is that possible in one sx? Thanks

In general, Lipo 360 is a term that simply refers to circumferential liposuction of the body.  This involves liposuction of the abdomen, the flanks, and the back. Also referred to as 360 degree liposuction, Lipo 360 can be performed by using traditional liposuction procedures but also can be achieved with VASER Liposuction, producing safer and improved outcomes. With VASER Liposuction patients can get rid of excess fat from multiples areas such as arms, back, abs, flanks, neck and chin for a beautifully contoured figure and a younger-looking facial appearance. During VASER Liposuction, the surgeon selects the area to be treated and uses the ultrasound-assisted device to liquefy the fat cells, leaving the surrounding tissues unaffected. By carefully selecting and melting fat cells, the VASER leads to more rapid healing and smoother results. Since the VASER also creates thermal energy, this generated heat causes further fat to dissolve and causes significant skin contracture (53% more than traditional liposuction procedures). Additionally, clinical studies reveal that fat harvested using the VASER liposuction have a very good viability of fat cells to be re-introduced in the body (during Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) for instance), offering nearly an 80% fat cell survival rate. Liposuction 360 is simply a general term describing liposuction of circumferential areas like all around your legs or your abdomen and back at the same time. It is possible to customize your BBL surgery to include liposuction of those regions that you desire and it is not unreasonable to perform them at the same time, as long as you seek out a board-certified plastic surgeon with lots of experience. For the midsection, liposuction is traditionally done on the abdomen, waist or the back. 360 degree liposuction is a more comprehensive procedure that combines liposuction of the entire midsection to achieve an overall curvier, contoured figure from every angle.
While liposuction is usually done on one area at a time, 360 degree liposuction targets multiple regions of the midsection where stubborn fat may be a problem.
