Indentation and uneven butt after lipo 360 and BBL, advice? 3 weeks p.o. (photos)

I had lipo 360 and bbl about three wks ago. I know it’s is still extremely early to see results from all the swelling. But I noticed a lot of indentation and my butt very flat in the middle where it should curve. Will the indent go away?? I feel super depressed that I spent all this money and very unhappy how my butt is looking.

Yes you are very early in the healing process. It takes several months for settling and shape to take form. The flatness should go away.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended.

Too soon to see your result so let the swelling go down and the dimpling will likely improve.If any dimpling persists a touchup to cut the bands and add a little fat underneath is likely possible.  Dont stress and just relax into your recovery.
