I had lipo 360 and bbl about three wks ago. I know it’s is still extremely early to see results from all the swelling. But I noticed a lot of indentation and my butt very flat in the middle where it should curve. Will the indent go away?? I feel super depressed that I spent all this money and very unhappy how my butt is looking.

Thank you for your question. It is most important for you to follow up with either your plastic surgeon or a colleague if you are traveling out of state to have your surgery. The PCP won't be able to help you especially if you develop a problem.
After liposuction, surface irregularities are a known entity and are more likely to occur with revision lipo and or more aggressive lipo. From your photos, you abdomen appears pretty smooth. If there are small irregularities that aren't really evident in your photos, then you can massage to help...
While pregnancy does change your body in multiple ways, the fat cells transferred to the buttocks will still be there after giving birth. This means that the transferred cells will react to changes just like your other fat.
