A 450 cc implant will get you to a D cup size. This is not necessarily a natural look and it will be a significant change for you. However if it is the size you desire you can proceed.
Thanks for the question ! Based on your photos i think that volumes between 450-500cc will be perfect for you, that will be confirmed after your physical evaluation. Kind regards
It is very difficult to determine the best lift you will need (recommended based on your photos) or the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal breast image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your breast will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. To illustrate; a 100 cc difference may make a significant difference with a narrow base width breast, but much less of a difference if you have a wide chest wall and wide breast “foot print”. Therefore, just because your friend may have a great result with let’s say a 300 cc implant to make her go from a “A” cup to a “C” cup size does not mean that you will have the same result with the same size implant. The same process goes for just filling in the upper part of your breast without becoming much larger. Further simply placing implants in a bra to determine the size best for you is not always accurate as the bra often distorts the size, is dependent on the pressure the bra places plus the implant is outside your breast and not under it among other variables. Computer software morphing programs that automatically determine the best implant size can be helpful in some but not all cases (e.g. doesn’t work well in my experience with existing implants, sagging or asymmetric breasts). Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon as I will further explain in the link below including silicone vs saline implant#toobig #breastimplant
Hello Thank you for your question and your photo. Its hard to tell from your picture exclusively. Its best to have an in person exam to really decide. Make sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon. Best regards
There is not a direct correlation between breast implant size and cup size as the cup size varies greatly among companies and even within the same company. Moreover, cup size can vary based on who is performing the measurement. The size of the implants are based on a combination of a patient's goals and objectives and her anatomy. In order to provide a natural looking augmentation, the surgeon needs to evaluate many factors including soft tissue coverage, skin laxity, chest wall width, breast imprint width, the shape of the breasts and relative level of constriction to ensure that the breast implants are appropriate for your body.Consult in person with an experienced and expert board certified plastic surgeon to understand your options.
Thank you for your question.I had many patients smaller then you that I used that size implant. You would need a physical exam to confirm if that is the right size for you. We have special breast sizers that you can place in a bra and get an idea of what the different size implants will look like on you. Patients find this very beneficial. After we know what cup size you would like to go to, I then measure your base width diameter. This is the measurement of the width of your breasts. Then we will be able to pick out your breast implant. I utilize the bloodless breast technique which I invented. Bleeding is minimal, typically there is no bruising after surgery and recovery is quicker versus traditional techniques. I performed this surgery on many surgeons. They feel so good that typically they are operating on their own patients 5 days after surgery. For more information please watch the enclosed video. I hope you find this information useful.
Ask your plastic surgeon to show you patients your size and shape that have 450 cc implants. No two patient look exactley alike but this shoultd help you decide.
Thank you for the question. Based on your photograph, I think that you are starting at a good place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery. Ultimately, careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures, direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror, in bra sizers, and computer imaging) as well as careful measurements (dimensional planning) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery ( regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is:1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work.2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. For example, I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or C or D cup" or "nice, not exaggerated" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. Again, the use of computer imaging has been very helpful during the communication process, in our practice.3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery, after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers.I hope this (and the attached link, dedicated to breast augmentation surgery concerns) helps. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.
There are many factors that determine which size implant is best for you. Obviously, a very important factor is what size you desire. I agree that sizers are a good place to start. They will help you decide on the volume of the implant you desire. After that, an evaluation by a Plastic Surgeon is very important. They will determine how thick the tissue is, how elastic the tissue is, how wide your breasts are, and how much droop there is in your breasts. These issues, along with your desire for different shapes, will help you pick the final implant. Having said all of that, and having looked at your photo, with your small frame, you will likely need a higher profile implant if you desire an implant around 450 cc. Good luck.
I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing the range of sizes that would best fit your tissue and frame. During the consultation, you will be measured and can try on a variety of sizes to see what works best and what you like. Your surgeon will help guide you to the right choice for your body.
Hello and thank you for your question. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. It is difficult to determine if a 400cc implant will be the right size for you without an in-person examination. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired brea...
The difference between 375 and 400cc is 1 1/2 tablespoons, probably not even worth a discussion longer than 3 seconds with your surgeon. Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly ...
I would recommend a smooth, round, high profile implant that is tailored to your soft tissue dynamics.I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable. Additionally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic...
