Axillary breast tissue or armpit fat? (photos)

Hi, i just want to get rid of this. I'm fit and going gym for 4-5 times for a week but i have this tissues. What is that im really confused. Need your help. Thank you!

Thank you for your question. It is best to have an in-person physical examination with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine what the issue is.  If it is fat, liposuction would provide a better contour. However, if it is axillary breast tissue, you may require surgical excision. Either way, it can be treated effectively. Hope this helps and good luck.

Depending on the proportion of glandular tissue versus fatty tissue liposuction can sometimes be beneficial for axillary breast tissue. In my practice patients are prepared for the possibility of excision if liposuction seems to be unsatisfactory.

The annoying roll of fat just in front of the armpit is easy to lipo under local and makes such a nice improvement.

Meet with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to discuss and examine those areas .  Liposuction can help if it is armpit fat, but if it's breast tissue , it would need to be excised.  Good luck.
