If this is cellulite its genetic and can be treated with a combination of cellfina and other treatments like sculptra, fillers, Thermi. If this is post liposuction irregularities it may need fat grafting or a secondary/revision liposuction procedure. Best, Dr. Emer.
Unfortunately, this is why it so important to be careful with liposuctioning. Some people are overly aggressive, which leaves dents, irregularities, and ripples. Once they are there, no amount of exercise will get rid of them. The only way to address these areas is with fat grafting, which is like the reverse of liposuction. We harvest fat from elsewhere on the body, prepare it, and then injected back into areas of depression. Sometimes multiple treatments are needed to a given area. Talk to a plastic surgeon well-versed in fat grafting.Best of luck!Dr. SubbioBoard-Certified Plastic SurgeonNewtown Square/Philadelphia, PA
Unfortunately exercise will probably have no effect on any contour abnormalities. If they persist after all swelling is resolved, retreatment may be indicated. Excess skin would have to be dealt with by excision. Overzealous liposuction might require fat grafting.
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, exercise will not correct this issue. The dents are a result of overly aggressive liposuction to the effected areas. You will most likely need revision liposuction with fat grafting to the depressed areas. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in body contouring procedures.Hope this helps.
Exercise is beneficial in general but theskin irregularities may persist. You maywant to wait 6-12 months before consideringany other procedures.Best wishes in your recovery.
Dents are usually due to a deficiency of fat in the area. Exercise may affect the muscles under the fat but will not reshape or redistribute the fat. If you lost fat overall then the dents may be relatively smaller but I suspect this is not a practical solution. Fat grafting is probably the best corrective procedure but you should have a proper assessment from a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon.Good luck.

There is no such cream that works. The eyes require surgical removal of fat pads to get the best results. Dr. Emer.
