XL silicone implants in Mexico. Is it legal? (Photo)

The
FDA has ruled that implants over 800 ccs are not legal in the United States.
One of the reasons why is that implants over a certain size can present
significant pain and discomfort to women over the long term. As for what size
implants are legal in Mexico, that’s up to a trusted, board certified plastic surgeon
to tell you, and will require some more research on your part. Traveling out of
country for any medical procedure presents an additional risk to your health.
It’s difficult to verify if the surgeon is legitimate and experienced and has
your best interests in mind. It may be a good idea to schedule a consultation
with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in breast augmentation in the US before you commit to surgery in Mexico or any other international surgery.

It really depends on what size you want to go to.I have specialized in XL breast implants for many years. Yes, you should be able to go bigger with an open capsultomy and if not enougfh room then placement of a tissue expander and then switching to a custom silicone breast implant. You need to contact a plastic surgeon as far as costs are concened.
Custom silicone implants are not available in Mexico at this time.
