My nose looks very small? (photos)

I got the secondary rhinoplasty because my lateral bones were open and that made my nose look broader, and the doctor made me lateral osteotomies, but now I feel that the doctor made it very narrow, and there are days that looks a little bit crooked too, but I don't know if it is because of swallowing. Let me know if u need more photographs.
