My nose looks very small? (photos)

I got the secondary rhinoplasty because my lateral bones were open and that made my nose look broader, and the doctor made me lateral osteotomies, but now I feel that the doctor made it very narrow, and there are days that looks a little bit crooked too, but I don't know if it is because of swallowing. Let me know if u need more photographs.

Dear sciarpa, No, it is not normal for the columella to be sewn flat as it is an integral part of the nose and it's multiple dimensions. The nasal anatomy has to be taken into consideration in all of it's complexity at the time of surgery.  With all of this said, your surgeon is your best...
