How long does it take for nose bridge irregularities to settle after revision rhinoplasty?

I have this bump which isn't getting any smaller. Is there hope it may settle and get smaller within time? It's so hard being patient. Especially with revision rhinoplasty. I don't want to have another revision. Time is going so slow. Any advice would be greatly helpful during my healing process. I'm almost 8 months post op.Thanks :)

2 different irregularities bother patients after rhinoplasty.  Irregularities which can be felt but not seen.  These should be left alone.  Irregularities which can be seen and felt.  These should be corrected.  If the bump is due to soft tissue, time, massage and perhaps very conservative steroid injections can help settle it.  If the bump is due to bone or cartilage, it will require a revision to improve the contour.  Follow up with your plastic surgeon and express your concerns.

Irregularities are common after rhinoplasty. If they are not visible, it might be best to leave them alone unless they bother you.
