I’m a female in my late 20s who has always been self conscious about my small jaw and weak profile. I did have braces as a teenager and revisited an orthodontist recently for a consult to see if jaw surgery would help. He said I would benefit from a sliding genioplasty to add projection to my profile and I guess shorten (?) my face.
