Hi, I have a square jaw and protruding chin that I hate. Is there a surgery that could help me reshape my chin/jaw to be more normal? What does that entail? And what is the average price?

Your chin projection looks good, however, the length of your chin appears short and therefore gives you a deep mentolabial fold and and rounded appearance. I would recommend a CT scan to determine your chin height. A vertical lengthening genioplasty will likely give you the look that you want.

You are a candidate for a sliding genioplasty based on your profile but you may also be a candidate for a chin implant. Frontal facial photos would be helpful. In some cases, the implant can make your face appear wider so I would need to see a photo facing forward to give a better recommendation.
