I can get that outcome with genioplasty, or with a chin implant done right in the office.  Chin implant is much easier recovery and lower cost for you.

Equality assessment needs to look at much more than your external profile.
A good assessment needs to look at your dental occlusion to see if the problem is simply in the mentalis or in the body of the mandible. My personal belief is that oral surgeons tend to make slightly better assessments and have a more skeletal perspective when doing so then plastic surgeons for tend to be slightly more soft tissue oriented.
Both plastic surgeons and oral surgeons Assess and treat deficiencies and this area.
Consider consulting with both.
