My worst nightmare has come true, how do I fix this? I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty. My lower lid looks hollow and I am sure will get worse with age. It didn’t even really fix the little puffiness I had in the inner corner of my eye. It’s still there just less raised up. My upper lid looks like too much was removed from the inner/mid section and the crease is uneven so it kind of comes to a point. Really not happy with the results. I don’t want to use filler.
