However, upper eyelid skin usually heals very nicely on its own. While it may be a little red at first, it only occasionally gets hypertrophic, in which case an injection of a mild steroid will help. I use biocorneum on bigger face scars, and have never needed it for an upper lid. It would be safe to use there though.
