I found a nodule a week or so ago, then if seem to spread out. My implants are silicone, with only expected capsule. I a happy to leave them be, I am scheduled for a mammogram in August, and will not have chemo. I will assume pain relief is given. Thanks

Answer: Breast implants can be left in indefinitely unless there the source of your breast nodules.
There is no way to predict what cup size you will be with a 440 cc implant. Every patient is different with height, weight, breast tissue and skin elasticity etc. Be patient and try some on.
