I just got 600 silicone implants 3 weeks ago and there is literally no change in the size of my breasts I am very unhappy.

Thank you for your question and I can appreciate your plight.3 weeks is still very early. The overlying tissue will stretch with time, over the next 3 months. I have a patient that recently came to me with the same concern after I had placed 550cc implants. At the one month mark, her tissue was still tight over the implant. Hello, 600cc implants are large, and most patients will notice a substantial increase in breast size with implants of this volume (perhaps your breasts were already very large?).  I would suggest waiting at least 3-4 months before considering another procedure so you can assess the final outcome.

What you're stating is simply not possible. 600 mL are on the large size of what plastic surgeons insert and there would be a substantial difference of at least 1 to 2 cups. If you want larger implants that can be done later but I would wait at least six months.

Sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Without photos- or the benefit of physical exam it is difficult to comment accurately. Generally speaking, the size of implants is determined and finalized during pre-op sizing process. 600 cc- are large implants.There is no direct correlation between the implant size and the cup size- as bra manufacturing companies do not work with implant manufacturing companies- so no Plastic surgeon will be able to guarantee the cup size. At 3 weeks- you're still healing- and i would give it 3-6 months- before you see final result, and if then you're still dissatisfied- then you can consider revision. Hope this helps

If you received 600 cc implants and are wearing the same size bra as you wore before surgery, you were wearing the wrong size bra. A 600 cc implant is a large implant and will make a definite difference.  Remember, this is the size that you and he selected during the consultation. Give yourself time to heal, let your implants settle, and the swelling to subside. Keep all your follow up visits, and follow all your instructions.  If after 4-6 months you are still not happy, then discuss this with your doctor.

600 cc implants are large and without photos, we really cannot tell you more about your situation. Perhaps you can repost before and after photos to get more useful information. 3 weeks is early, but this seems difficult to believe.Continue to follow up with your surgeon to ensure that you progress as planned.

Three weeks out from surgery is still very early.  The implants will settle and the breast will look different in the weeks to come. It would be helpful if you could provide before and after photos.  Your 600cc implants are large and will change the size of your breasts.  Perhaps looking at the pre-op photos will help you see the difference.  Wait at least 6 months before any further surgery to give your breast time to achieve the final look.  Best wishes.

The statement that  "there is literally no size difference at all!" is hard to understand after 600 cc implants. Please provide more information.  There is limitation to the size of the implant to use  based on the soft tissue and chest width. Bigger implants have bigger problems..

I am sorry you have had a poor experience.  It would be helpful if you posted before and after photos and/or told us your height, weight and breast width.600cc implants are almost the largest implants you can get (eg. Sientra round silicone largest implant is 700cc).  I am very surprised your breast size did not increase significantly.  My average patient gets implants around 350-400cc and increases their breast size by 2 cups (B to D).  If you are a larger woman and have a wide base diameter, it will take more volume to increase your cup size.
