I've been considering getting a rhinoplasty for years, but I'm a little bit conflicted/hesitant about getting it done. I've always been fond of the front view of my face, but have never been comfortable with my profile. So my question is: would there be a dramatic change to how I look from the front, or would it be possible to smooth out the bump without affecting the front view?

The tip of the nose can take up to a year to achieve really good definition after rhinoplasty. One thing that can accelerate the process is to have a serious preparation injected into the tip of the nose, using a steroid called kenalog.
Thank you for your post. The chances of you having a good result based on the post op picture is good. You lose 30% of the swelling in 3 months and all of the swelling in one year. Good luck!
Thanks for your question. In my practice, for a similar patient, I would try to get the surgical correction performed for their nose within the first couple of weeks after breaking it. If you wait longer than this it will be much more difficult to move and set the nasal bones....
