All of us have some degree of facial assymetry or differences from one side to another. The differences which start at birth become greater with time. Most of us will age more on the left side of the face due to sun exposure as we drive. I would recommend consulting with a cosmetic surgeon to evaluate your face and provide appropriate recommendations.

Everyone has some facial asymmetry. Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients. Both can build up the cheeks and create symmetry. You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you.

Some degree of facial asymmetry is seen in almost everyone. The asymmetry can be improved using fillers. I recommend you schedule an in person consultation with a local aesthetic physician to determine if you are a good candidate for treatment.

What you could be describing is loss of volume in your face. As we age we lose collagen that needs to be replaced with dermal fillers such as Restylane Lyft or Juvederm Volume. The unevenness may come from favoring one side of your face while sleeping, having unequal amount of sun exposure to one area (ex. driving or being a passenger) or favoring one side when you chew. Provided there aren't any other concerns, I would go to an aesthetic practitioner and get a formal evaluation.
