Having a lower face lift at the end of the year where I will also be getting fat transfer for volume and into my acne scars. My scars are somewhat tethered down. Do I need to bother with subcision prior to that surgery? Could it effect the face lift? Won't the actual procedure of the lift perform a subcision of sorts? Don't want to be counter productive or pay for something I don't need twice. Thanks
